REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

KYIA Global follows fair trade practices in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Customized and bulk orders are non-returnable.

Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days after inspection.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error is from KYIA Global.
